Open Partners named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026

Holly Hill
Marketing Partner at Open Partners.
Open Partners is proud to announce that we have been named among the top 100 in the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 List by Great Place To Work® UK.
Independently assessed through a rigorous and unique process, Open Partners has a proven, great workplace culture built on trust, supported by innovative people management practices.
Awarded in the Medium size category, we have been officially acknowledged for our commitment to inclusion, quality, and growth. Over the past year we have introduced numerous new benefits, wellbeing initiatives, and learning pathways to further improve staff engagement, happiness, and career progression.

To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces List, Great Place To Work analysed confidential employee survey feedback on trust and reaching their full human potential, as well as employees’ experiences of innovation, company values, and leadership effectiveness across departments and seniority levels.
They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.
From our confidential employee feedback, we can see that overall our team highly commends our dedication to ongoing learning, individual growth, and the culture of knowledge exchange across our business.
Gemma Longfellow, Chief People Officer at Open Partners said:
“Ranking in the UK’s Best Workplaces List is a testament to our commitment to continuously providing a safe, welcoming, and truly positive place to work.
“At Open Partners, our people are our rocket fuel – our superpower. We want to make sure we provide them with excellent benefits, plus the wellbeing and career support they deserve while upholding a culture of effectiveness and excellence.
This award follows our achievement last year of being a Great Place to Work certification, with an 85% employee satisfaction score.
We’re so proud of this achievement and look forward to using the valuable insights Great Place To Work has provided us with to build on our culture and employee satisfaction.
