Joe began his career in 2001 as a founding member of MediaVest’s digital team and was integral in developing the agency’s Paid Search proposition.
He later moved into roles focussed on audience consultancy and strategic planning, cementing his place amongst the UK’s most experienced digital marketing experts.
Now a pioneer at the forefront of Programmatic, his passion lies in combining human insights with data and technology to deliver transformative results for clients.
Since starting his career in 2006 Michael has been pivotal in the launch and development of technology solutions for 3 major UK agency groups.
Throughout that time Michael has built automation tools, proprietary technology and machine learning applications, creating a worldwide community of 70+ data scientists along the way.
Michael’s passion is in utilising data and technology to get to the heart of business challenges.
Elliot followed his father’s footsteps in to the media industry, landing his first job at MediaVest Manchester in 1999 and never looking back.
He co-launched their digital division that went on to be one of the most respected in the industry, was promoted to agency MD before the age of 30, and was a key member of the senior management team responsible for establishing MediaVest Manchester as the most profitable independent agency in the UK, ultimately resulting in their successful sale to Aegis. Most recently Elliot held the post of CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network North.
