Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO/Organic marketer to join our well regarded and rapidly growing team. This is a highly autonomous role where you will work alongside Organic Partners to develop a fresh, market-leading proposition. You will also work with wider platform specialists and be part of a genuinely integrated team.


  • Manage the delivery of SEO/Organic campaigns for existing clients.
  • Develop a best-in-class team of SEOs and Content Marketers, focused on a range of Organic KPIs.
  • Take a hands-on approach with SEO/Organic delivery.
  • Be highly commercially astute; develop new business opportunities and existing accounts.
  • Develop client strategies alongside PPC and Programmatic Platform Partners.
  • Invest and build working relationships with other media disciplines and agencies to ensure an integrated approach to client campaigns.
  • Essential experience/qualifications

  • Organic Search – strategy & delivery.
  • Technical SEO expertise.
  • Organic business development.
  • Team development & management.
  • Client servicing & stakeholder management.
  • Content marketing strategy.
  • Creative content production; at a strategic level.
  • Link development & outreach strategies.
  • Google Analytics & Google Webmaster Tools.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in working with numbers and the ability to analyse raw data.
  • Desired experience/qualifications

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & User Experience (UX).
  • Copywriting, video, image & content creation.
  • Data visualisation, Google Data Studio & BigQuery.
  • Web Development, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • SQL, ETL & similar Data Science related skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and lookups.
  • G-Suite experienced (Slides / Sheets / Docs)
