Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Client Partner that can deliver against our Full Service People promise. The candidate must be commercial, strategic, intellectual, personable, and driven.   • Manage and oversee a growing portfolio of client accounts.
  • Develop high quality personal relationships with clients through regular contact, prioritising face-to-face time and telephone conversations over email.
  • Earn clients’ respect and develop status as ‘go to’ point of contact in the business for all commercial and strategic issues.
  • Full accountability for client campaign performance, client satisfaction, and client debtors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of their business/sector/customers and stay abreast of their industry’s developments.
  • Keep the agency appropriately informed of all client developments, from campaign performance to personnel changes and everything in between.
  • Project manages all campaign work, including coordination of media teams.
  • Critically interrogate media performance and recommend appropriate tests and initiatives.
  • Be the ‘client in the agency’ and ensure that we continually develop our products and services to meet their needs.
  • Run a client P&L for each client to monitor and control profitability.
  • Produce annual forecasts, and quarterly reforecasts, against which the business can confidently budget for investment to drive growth.
  • Identify new client relationships and make pitches to potential new clients
  • Desired experience/qualifications

    The candidate will have operated at a senior level in a client service remit in an advertising organisation. The candidate will already be Facebook Blueprint qualified and Google Ads Academy qualified or commit to qualifying prior to the agreed start date.


    A natural collaborator with confidence to interact with clients, colleagues and suppliers. A well organised ‘starter-finisher’ happy working with tight deadlines and under-pressure. Unflinching, unerring attention to detail in all aspects of work undertaken. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. A desire to make a difference.
